PCパーツや周辺機器などの製品提供・レビュー用サンプル（無償提供・貸与）のご提案を受け付けています。以下のフォームで条件をお知らせください。
We welcome proposals for PC components and peripherals provided as review samples, either as gifts or loans. Please use the form below to share the proposed terms.
- このフォームは製品提供の提案を受け付けるもので、サンプルの受諾や発送許可ではありません。自作.com編集部から書面で確認を受けるまで発送しないでください。
- 製品の返却要否、返却期限、返送料、発送費・関税等の負担、掲載希望時期、必須表記、公開前確認の希望範囲を記載してください。未確定の条件は相談可能です。
- 記事の掲載や肯定的な評価はお約束できません。掲載可否と評価は編集部が独立して判断し、製品提供があった場合は記事内で開示します。
- 配送先住所はこのフォームに入力しないでください。条件を確認し、受諾する場合にのみ、受取名義と配送先を個別にご案内します。
- This form is for proposals only. It does not mean a sample has been accepted or that you may ship it. Please wait for written confirmation from the Jisaku.com editorial team before shipping.
- Please state whether the product must be returned, the return deadline and cost, who pays shipping and import charges, any requested publication timing or wording, and the scope of any pre-publication review. Unconfirmed terms can be discussed.
- Publication and a positive review are not guaranteed. The editorial team independently decides whether and how to cover a product. Any product-provision relationship will be disclosed in resulting coverage.
- Do not enter a delivery address in this form. If the proposal is accepted, the recipient name and shipping destination will be provided individually after the terms are confirmed.
